Mr. Abhijit Nimbalkar
Aradhana Skills is founded and led by Mr. Abhijit Nimbalkar who worked as a
project manager and education researcher for more than ten years at the
Research Triangle Institute (RTI) in Raleigh-Durham, U.S.A that is the second
largest research and development organization in the United States. His
expertise and experience are on education projects funded by the United States
Agency of International Development (USAID) in twelve countries that include
India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Nepal, Nigeria, Philippines,
Tanzania, The Gambia and Zambia. He holds a Masters’ degree in International
Relations from the Fletcher School, Tufts University, USA and a Bachelors’
degree in Economics and Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, USA.
Mr. Ajit Nimbalkar
Mr. Ajit Nimbalkar (retired I.A.S) is a Board of Director on Aradhana Skills.
Since 1967 he served for a distinguished government career spanning 37 years
that culminated as the Chief Secretary of Maharashtra from 2002-2004. Mr.
Nimbalkar was Collector, Pune, from 1979-1981, served as Joint
Secretary/Secretary with two Chief Ministers of Maharashtra from 1983-1985
and 1990-1991 and was Chairman, Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB)
from 1991-1995. He also served as Additional Secretary from 1998-2000 and
Director General of Employment and Training (DGET) from 1985-1990 in the
Ministry of Labour, Government of India.
Mr. A.P. Berry
Mr. A.P. Berry is an educational consultant to Aradhana Skills. He began his
career, over 40 years ago, as a junior radiographer at CSI Mission Hospital
Neyyoor, situated in the District of Kanyakumari, soon after his education at
Christian Medical College (CMC) in Vellore. Driven by his passion in
education, Mr. Berry was instrumental in starting the first school of radiography
in the district. His commitment to the profession made him a matured
educationalist and he introduced the radiography education and practice in
many urban and rural settings spread across India. Mr. Berry then became the
Controller of Examination CMAI Medical Radiation Technologists’ training
Committee and served for 20 years. He was deputed as the Secretary - Allied
Health Professionals for CMAI at Delhi and held this National level position for
10 years during which he initiated, upgraded and introduced Allied health
courses. Known for his administrative skills, Mr. Berry was elected
unanimously as a president of Indian Association for Radiological
Technologists for 2 consecutive terms. He is at present the President of the
Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists. Though he is a
recipient of 4 national awards, his biggest achievement he feels - are his
students whose achievements and contribution to the profession brings him joy.
Mr. A.G. Teldhune
Mr. A.G. Teldhune is a Senior Professor of Radiology with Aradhana Skills.
With more than 55 years of work experience as a radiographer and teacher in
Maharashtra, he began his career as a trainee radiographer in Ahmednagar, post
which he worked at various hospitals and diagnostic centers as a senior
radiographer. Mr. Teldhune came to Pune in 1971 and joined N.M Wadia
Hospital as the in-charge for the Radiography department. His commitment to
the profession and passion for learning made him succeed and attain a diploma
in Medical Radiology and tutor radiology from CMAI, Vellore. Post his
retirement, Mr. Teldhune has worked as a Visiting Lecturer for Imaging
Sciences at Symbiosis College and is presently tutoring at
Alpha Diagnostics and Aradhana Skills. He received a National Award in 2012
from the Allied Health Professionals at their 14 th National Conference. Mr.
Teldhune has also written Radiographic Photography notes which are followed
by Manipal University in Bangalore as a text book for 1 st year Imaging
Mr. Rajesh Sukkala
Mr. Rajesh Sukkala is a Professor of Radiology with Aradhana Skills. With a
degree in Medical Imaging Technology, he has worked with one of the most
reputed diagnostic centres and medical college in Hyderabad as a Radiologic
Technologist and lecturer. Mr. Sukkala is also the first professional to be
certified in Andhra Pradesh as a Fibro-scan Technologist. He has handled
several Radiology Modalities like X-Rays, Orthopantomography, Fluoroscopy,
Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Mr. Sukkala has a
Masters’ degree in Medical Imaging Technology from Symbiosis International
University in Pune.
Ms. Jolene Baptist
Ms. Jolene Baptist is a Professor of Radiology with Aradhana Skills. She has worked with the Prashanti Cancer Care Mission, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and the Star Imaging and Research Center as a Radiographer and Researcher on Radiology Modalities like CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography and X-Ray. Ms. Baptist has also published a paper in the Indian Journal of Public Health Research and Development. She holds a Master’s degree in Medical Imaging Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (Imaging Sciences) and a Diploma degree in Biomedical Instrumentation (Radiology Instrumentation) from the Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences in Pune
Ms. Unnati Joshi
Ms. Unnati Joshi is an Academic Counsellor at Aradhana Skills responsible for student recruitment. Her zest to contribute to the education sector led her to join this social venture. Ms. Joshi has more than six years of work experience in counseling students, lead generation and public relations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a diploma in Graphics and animation.
Mr. Santhosh Medam
Santhosh Medam is a Finance and Administrative Analyst with Aradhana Skills. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and HR and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance from the Sanskriti School of Business in Puttaparthi and a Bachelors of Business Management (BBM) degree from Masters Junior Degree College/ Rayalaseema University. Santhosh is originally from Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh. He enjoys painting and surfing e-commerce sites.
Ms. Prajakta Sharma
Ms. Prajakta Sharma is a Soft Skills trainer at Aradhana Skills and is responsible for providing targeted training to students to help them strengthen their interpersonal skills. She achieves this by teaching helpful strategies as well as providing various activities that allow the students to identify their areas of improvement and take action to correct them. Ms. Sharma has more than 12 years of experience in the field of Soft Skills Training. She has done her Masters in Communication Studies from the University of Pune and a Diploma in Training Skills from City and Guilds, London.

Ms. Maitreyi Sawant is a Professor of Dialysis with Aradhana Skills.
